2. Refund & Return Policy
We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees or restocking fees.

Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process once the item is received and inspected.

3. Shipping & Delivery
Our available shipping method is USPS ground advantage. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Domestic orders: 3-5 business days 

• International orders: 7-21 business days, Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs in the case of international orders.

4. Order Cancellations
Orders can't be canceled or charged back after placing your order. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at startofsolution@gmail.com as soon as possible. Canceled orders may incur a small processing fee.
